Calculator inputs
Your investment amount, selected coin and currency, prices, and fees are used for calculations in your browser. The site does not send those calculation inputs to our server or save them in an account or site database. If you choose “Copy result,” your browser copies the result to your clipboard.
Current-price requests
The calculator checks whether current prices are available and, when you use a current-price button, your browser sends a request directly to CoinGecko's public API. The request includes a coin identifier and selected fiat currency, not your investment amount, fees, or entered trade prices. CoinGecko receives a direct browser request and may process the associated network information under its own privacy policy. You can calculate without clicking a current-price button, though the page also makes an availability check when it loads.
Hosting, analytics and advertising
Cloudflare hosts and delivers this site, so ordinary visits involve requests to Cloudflare. We do not currently have a site analytics script configured in the deployed Pages project. We plan to use third-party analytics to understand site traffic; when activated, that provider may receive visit information such as browser, device and network details. We also plan to display third-party ads in the future. An ad provider may use cookies or similar technologies to measure or personalize ads. These planned services are not a claim that ads or analytics are already active. We will update this page with the providers and relevant choices when they are enabled.
Contact and deletion requests
For a privacy question or a request to delete information associated with a message you sent us, email the address on our Contact page and describe what should be removed. Since calculation inputs are not sent to us, we cannot retrieve or delete a calculation from our server. If your request concerns data held by CoinGecko or a future ad or analytics provider, we can point you to that provider's process, but we cannot delete data held by another organization ourselves.
